Ameritech SBC (now AT & T)

Mark Steiner developed an online reference tool for Ameritech that facilitated the delivery of regulatory information for customer service representatives across their intranet. The application assists the reps in answering customer questions by viewing and comparing regulations on various topics in their 5-state area of coverage (IL, IN, MI, OH, WI).  The actual regulation documents reside external to the application, and can be updated at any time.
